Ladles of Hope, Inc. (LOH), is an organization consisting of volunteers only and is a 501 (c)(3) corporation serving those in need in Nassau County through soup kitchens and pantries.
Many of the volunteers at LOH have been working for this soup kitchen since its inception in 2015 and many have 20 years and more experience when counting other soup kitchens. There are no administrative costs, salaries or reimbursement to any volunteers for their time; the members of the board of directors are also unpaid. LOH exists on private donations only, never accepting donations from those whom we serve.

In loving Memory of our former President, William D'Alessio, who passed away on 12/19/25. We thank him for all of his time and effort in making our organization what it is today. We are thankful for his generous heart and spirit as he led our organization.
